• For those with insurance, I will provide you with a superbill to provide to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

• I require 24-hour cancellation notice: If you fail to cancel in that allotted time, you will be charged $100.00.

• If the cancellation is due to illness, hospitalization or an urgent medical appointment, you will not be charged for the visit, but as a courtesy, please let me know as soon as possible.

Telehealth: I primarily use Zoom, but if that platform will not work for you, we can discuss other options when you call.
